Update: My two kids with autism, one being more severe the other a lot more social hugged a lifeguard a few weeks ago and probably caught her off guard and she even apologized and since then they've locked their doors to their hub which is funny as two little girls who are loving to swim with autism who appreciate all…

The pool was extremely cold, my child couldn't enjoy swimming here. The showers are broken, couldn't get them warm after. No family changing room either. Please improve this facility and make it more family friendly!

The changing room is very cold, and the hot-water showers are all broken, so it’s not possible to take a warm shower before or after swimming. There are also a lot of thefts. Once, all of my belongings were stolen; luckily, the thief couldn’t take them out of the pool, and they were found two days later.

Got my phone and wallet stolen despite using a locker and a quality lock (Master Lock), between 1pm and 2pm on a Saturday. There are no security cameras at the building entrances and the locker rooms can easily be accessed without any employee seeing people coming in, which is ridiculous considering that (it turns out)…
